KBP AI is being built for people who already use AI but still move messages, documents and follow-up between separate tools. The aim is to keep the relevant context and next decision together.
From an incoming message to a decision
A meeting invitation needs a reply. The intended workflow brings the message into its workspace, prepares a response and waits for your approval. After sending, it should show the actual delivery result.
Connections tells you which tools can be used. Inbox brings incoming messages and decisions needing your attention into one place.

Separate workspaces
Personal, Engineering and Business/Work are intended to keep their own context and permissions. Projects, roles and connections belong to the workspace where you need them.
Decisions stay with you
You keep control of decisions, data and permissions. The product direction is to make proposed actions, waiting states and checked results visible. More messages, code or plans alone are not progress.
These are product design goals. Signing in to a model provider does not automatically grant access to its APIs or to your other accounts.
What you can do today
Explore the product direction and follow development. KBP AI is not yet available as a public product you can install and use.
